This piece is part of a sketchbook series I started at the start of 2023. I developed a daily practice in which I would test out new techniques, materials, colors, and more in order to push myself out of my usual artistic comfort zone. I fell in love with both the practice itself, and the art that I ended up creating. These small works on paper are filled with moments of discovery, excitement, hurdles, and opportunity, and I can’t wait to finally share them with you!
